HolisticGrowth Team’s long life serum is putting Boise on the map, making the Treasure Valley a bubble of prosperity. But when a mother driven by loss and instinct uncovers the morbid key to this corporation’s success, Boise’s first world problems will resemble third world devastation.
DIRT is a devised work by Heidi Kraay, Sarah Gardner, Jaime Nebeker, Chad Shohet and Jennifer Stockwell Doner. These core collaborators represent companies like Idaho Shakespeare Festival, Boise Contemporary Theater, The Cabin, Morrison Center for the Performing Arts, Treasure Valley Children’s Theater, River City Entertainment and many more. Original works by these individuals include HEATHENS (Heidi Kraay), EVERYMAN SHIFT (FOR ALL THE REST) (Chad Shohet), EVOLUTION OF EYELASH (Jaime Nebeker) and LOSS OF THE BIG BOSS (Jennifer Stockwell Doner). This is the group’s first time devising a show together from the ground up.
HomeGrown Theatre wishes to extend our deepest thanks to id Theater, their project Bridgeworks, and Boise City Department of Arts & History for helping make our upcoming project DIRT possible.
